So we lost a member of the Dave Matthews Band this last week and I am really bummed about it…Leroi Moore was a great saxophonist and  we were all blessed to have heard him play through his years with the DMB.  He shared his talents with the world, god bless Leroi.

So the Olympics are over and I am not disappointed, but again a little bummed… For some reason, (injuries and what not…) we did not make that much noise in track and field.  We did get a couple golds, but I was thinking we would do a lot better in the 800, 1500, 5k, and Marathon.  Don’t get me wrong, these guys ran their ass off, but I was just hoping we would bring home a few more golds…oh well, they all made me proud of to be an American no matter what place they got.

Regarding Spin class…any spin class instructor that has, “Up to no Good” by the Porn Kings on his spin class mix is okay in my book!!  I like it!

And in closing, I’m on my way out of here for now…see you all on the roads!
